Question / Help Double PC Settings / Mid cpu usage, no frames droped = choppy stream.

Hello, obsproject'ers.

I have a little/big (depends) problem over here.
So I got double pc settup, one rig for deticated streaming and one for gaming.
I used NVENC for the last year, but i'm not pleased with it as it's pixelated a bit, so i had to try out x264 to get more exact picture.
Inside obs or task manager, i get around 50 - 70% cpu usage , no droped frames nor the lag spikes.
But on stream (on youtube),everything goes really choppy as it would loosing a lot of frames.
Got to mention, i stream at 60 fps on youtube, can use bitrate up to 25000 without any problems as i did it with NVENC.
