Double audio issue

I have a mixer connected to my PC and when i play an introduction video with audio in it (desktop audio is disabled). When i play the video on a stream the audio is being doubled from both the source file and the mixer. Why would this be happening and how can i get it to stop.

I have done all the trouble shooting online like monitoring on off but nothing is working. I have even tried monitor with muting playback and it still is double recording.

Desktop audio is disabled.

If i turn off mixer channel than i cannot monitor.

Please help!
