doom eternal recording lag

so when i start recording doom eternal (it has lots of movements), the game begins to have fps drops while im playing and recording, when i finish recording and look at the result, it's like a slideshow except for the main menu
vsync is off, monitor is 144hz

You've set the fps to 72. Please use 60fps

60fps doesn't help either, still runs like a slideshow

1. Disable Game Bar and Game DVR.
2. Run OBS as Admin.
3. Set sample rate to Динамики at 48k Hz.
4. Update OBS to latest version 27.2.1 if u want.
