I'm Japanese, I hope you will forgive me that I'm not good at English.
When I add an image from the Scene, OBS can’t read the jpg file that contains the Japanese in the folder name or file name.
For example,
Z:\test\image.jpg Read
Z:\test\イメージ.jpg Don't read
Z:\テスト\image.jpg Don't read
Z:\テスト\イメージ.jpg Don't read
※In Japanese, "test" is called "テスト".
※In Japanese, "image" is called "イメージ".
But, bmp, gif and png is can read in Japanese file name or Japanese folder name.
Please fix.
