Question / Help Dont know what the problem is.....

I have tried to solve this problem i have with my obs, dont know what it is but when i stream rainbow six siege it says on obs somthing like "Lower the quality Encoding Failiure" and i have lowerd the quality but it dosent help. I have lowerd the quality both on obs and rainbow to minimum but nothing happens, it still laggs when i preview it on obs, and it still shuts me offline on twitch. Thanks. Thanks for the reply. But what do u mean with "QSV Encoder". Sorry but i am not so good with this things

You need to enable the iGPU in the computer's BIOS and install drivers for it.
