Does The Latest Version of OBS Work With Gotowebinar?

I hope someone can help me here. I can't seem to get gotowebinar to work with OBS Studio. When I try to connect it I get an error message informing me that my camera is already in use. It seems to work fine for Gotomeeting, but not Gotowebinar.
