Question / Help Does Sli work on obs studio. also does gsync work?

ok so i turned off g sync and i turned off sli. and it worked i get stable fps and able to stream 1080 60fps at fast encoder. whats the point of having 2 graphics cards then like... or even gsync capable monitor if i cant even use it?

second question if im streaming at 6000 bits should i use nvenc or x264
