Does OBS support video editing?

Hi, I managed to make a screen recording. But can I also do basics edits, like cut away the last 10 seconds, or add a little text label, insert a picture, etc.?
Any helping pdf or video would help me a lot.

I found a nice youtube video, but my just downloaded OBS software (v 27.2.4) looks completely different:

No, OBS does not support video editing (yet?). It only records/stream.
