Question / Help Does OBS support Dual Graficscards ?

So Im thinking about buying a Nvidia 1080, or maybe two xAMD 480.

And some games do not use the power of 2 cards, so Im wondering if OBS would put use of the second graficscard if the game does not support it.

Maybe its impossible Im not into how OBS and Graficscard devide workload and so on.

OBS needs to capture frames directly from the game so it uses the same GPU.

And then OBS adds alot of differnt layers that does many many many other things.

OBS is not !00% game capture, ... There is many other lanyers and other things OBS has to deal with, then just the game.

OBS does not reliably work (or at all) with SLI or Crossfire, so for streaming/recording it's not recommended to get a dual-gpu setup.

Either save up for a 1080 if you need the power or get an GTX 1060/RX480 for the time being and upgrade later when Vega hits and prices crumble a bit.
