Does OBS Studio Work on a computer in these configurations?

Heeeey i want to buy a Mini Computer from Beelink, a Beelink Mini S12 Pro:
- 16g RAM
- 512gb
- GPU: Intel Core UHD Graphics, 850 MHz
- CPU: Intel 11th Gen 4-Cores N100

Is it enough to do lives in obs studio in 1080p?
They are not computer game lives!! They are simple lives where I only talk to the public.

They won't be powerful enough for a good experience. You're going to need a significantly higher end system than that model line.

Their SER Pro lines are more likely to perform well.

I don't stream any more but I'm going to say Yes based on what I use to stream with. If you go that route, use the Quick Sync Encoder.
