Does not read the player - black screen (in the place of the player)

I cannot record the video on some sites I have a problem with recording only the image, sound works
laptop: Acer predator PT315-52
i7-10750h
Nvidia RTX2070max-Q
GPU change does not work another program has a problem too.

Please help
