I cannot record the video on some sites I have a problem with recording only the image, sound works

Nvidia RTX2070max-Q
GPU change does not work another program has a problem too.

I don't know if that's the problem because I recorded the same vídeo with the OBS in other notebook... I think that I have to adjust anyhing, but I don't know what.
