I have a problem at the time of capture in the input SDI A, because in OBS does not recognize it or I can not say that capture the entry a or B

that's odd; make sure you use the 'Blackmagic Device' source and not the 'Video Capture source'; check with Media Express that video is acquired and what are the settings; the 'Blackmagic Device' source should auto-detect.
I use all the time SDi sources , I haven't run into such issues except when setting acquisition to HDMI while the cable was connected with SDI ...
