Hi,
I have read Does graphics card make a difference? thread..
I am facing a not so smooth decklink output when using Ubuntu 18.04 on Intel(R) Xeon(R) E-2236 CPU @ 3.40GHz it seems that it doesn't have a GPU built in.
So I'm almost sure that the problem is because there is no GPU... But I am also wondering if the monitor choice makes any difference? e.g. 1024x768 pixels vs Full HD..
