So your log has over 250 times Device Remove/Reset! Rebuilding all assets...

Use DDU to uninstall your GPU Drivers (Intel & nVidia)

Then download and install the latest GPU driver
Also, Update Windows 10 Your Windows is very out of date (1607)
Try an new short recording/streaming session and post a log
