Does anyone have good settings for my type of computer?

The specifications are:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4310M CPU @ 2.70Ghz
8.0GB DDR3 RAM
120GB SSD
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

The reason I made this is because everytime I follow a youtube tutorial, after I try to record it just lags.

beware your expectation .. that is a 9 generation old laptop CPU, subject to thermal throttling, and lacking at modern GPU to due encoding offload (I think), and you are asking your PC to do very computationally intensive real-time video encoding. 3 years ago, I tried to run OBS Studio on a 2 generation newer CPU than what you have, highly optimized Operating System (something I know to do), with a NVENC equipped GPU... and failed. With what I know now, I probably could have gotten OBS Studio to work, but priority at the time was content delivery, not my time to achieve OBS Studio expertise. And the compromises to get OBS Studio working on an under-powered System probably wouldn't have been worth it relative to the requirements on presentation. so we got a new fast PC [granted not everyone is in such a position]
all I'm saying is be prepared to spend significant effort to optimize OS and OBS Studio for your use case, and even then, your PC may simply not be up to doing what you are hoping for [sorry, it depends... ]

So that basically means my system isn't fast enough to have stable recordings?

(but one of my family members do have a laptop that has an i3 6th gen and when I used OBS on that it actually worked. My main concern for trying to optimize OBS is because I need to record roblox videos.)

Run the Auto-configuration Wizard and apply the settings it gives. Restart OBS and test.
I tried that and it kinda works what I mean by "kinda works" is there are still a few quirks I don't like
1. When the cursor changes to the busy icon, the icon looks like it doesn't move
2. The quality is kinda bad but I can tell probably why it did that was to try to not overlad the system
