beware your expectation .. that is a 9 generation old laptop CPU, subject to thermal throttling, and lacking at modern GPU to due encoding offload (I think), and you are asking your PC to do very computationally intensive real-time video encoding. 3 years ago, I tried to run OBS Studio on a 2 generation newer CPU than what you have, highly optimized Operating System (something I know to do), with a NVENC equipped GPU... and failed. With what I know now, I probably could have gotten OBS Studio to work, but priority at the time was content delivery, not my time to achieve OBS Studio expertise. And the compromises to get OBS Studio working on an under-powered System probably wouldn't have been worth it relative to the requirements on presentation. so we got a new fast PC [granted not everyone is in such a position]
all I'm saying is be prepared to spend significant effort to optimize OS and OBS Studio for your use case, and even then, your PC may simply not be up to doing what you are hoping for [sorry, it depends... ]
