does AMD support 4:4:4 recording in OBS?

Hello,
Does AMD 5700XT supports i444 (8bit 4:4:4 3 planes) option in OBS?

because it feels like some 'Chromatic Aberration' kinda effect happens when i record with it (a screenshot below)
(the graph was from 'AMD Relive' app that was on top of the game. but i recorded using OBS. you can see some color distortions in the graph )

i record in 1440p (max i can) in OBS and wants to up-scale to 4K (later in video editing) to get the best out of youtube's horrible compression,
so im looking to record in uncompressed colors (4:4:4) assuming it will reduce the detail-losses when going through the up-scaling to 4K + youtube compression (i even record in CPQ0 to get as much as details into the raw video due to above reasons).
but as this screen shot shows, some color distortions seen in my original video when recorded in 4:4:4

so i wonder,
1. does 4:4:4 is supported for 5700XT?
2. if not supported, then what is my next best option for my situation (as someone who upscals and as someone whos video quality get distroyed by youtube) ?
3. if my next option is 10bit colors (though its 4:2:0 so i dont think this is a solution), then are those OBS (i010 and p010) are supported for recording for AMD 5700XT? or, just, which are the highest quality color settings i can use in this card -__- ?

update: so i guess 'Mediainfo' is a software to check stuff?

so according to that software:
none of the GPU encoders (AVC h264, HEVC h265) in OBS records neither 4:4:4 8bit nor 4:2:0 10bit!
(for 5700XT that i checked here. but maybe it's like this for every GPU, idk!)

means i've been recording and uploading test clips to youtube in "4:4:4" for days now for nothing.... -_- (because they all recorded in 4:2:0 according to Mediainfo software)

only x264 (CPU encoder) records 4:4:4.
and it doesn't have that 'Chromatic Aberration' kinda weird effect that i showed in the previous screenshot.
means, i guess the GPU encoders attempt to record in "4:4:4" has an issue, maybe it trying to record in that unsupported format.. idk!

Hi @davinci_user999 , sorry it won't help you a lot, but I'm using a modern Nvidia and it supports 4:4:4 encoding for H264 and H265 (maybe AV1 too but I didn't try yet). And it also work with OBS thanks to the i444 setting. It works in 8-bit at least. Didn't try in 10-bit.

To be honest I'm very surprised that your AMD encoder doesn't support it.

Are you using a capture card or anything like that? Or is it a internal capture in the same PC?

I use the desktop capture on my PC usually, and it works well in i444 with NVenc. It makes a true 4:4:4 file. Of course it works also with x264 but it's more demanding for the processor, especially in 4:4:4 , so GPU is usually a better way to do that when possible.
I hope you'll find a good solutions soon!
