Docks Opening Off Screen.

When I open OBS every once in a while it will open my Chat Dock off screen, closing the dock and restarting obs puts it in the sm place, i cannot use it or move it and cascading windows does not effect OBS. Currently I have to manually adjust my resolution on two monitors to 50% scaling to be able to see it. Here is a log file. https://pastebin.com/Ap0NNk49
