Do You Recognize This Live Streaming Issue?

I live stream to YouTube from a Reolink camera using RTSP. I use a Mac mini M2 for encoding. I've adjusted every setting I can think of and used every encoder I can, but I keep getting glitches I can't explain. My Upload speed is 500 mbps. Currently using Apple HEVC Hardware for encoding.

Here are two short clips of the glitches. Does anyone recognize the problem?

I have experienced a similar incident covering a funeral service using OBS with 2 cameras v29 delivering to zoom, I was using a HDMI capture to USB A into a windows machine. Happens several time and then I decided to reboot the machine with every thing still attached. After it was alright the the rest of the day.

Glad your situation was easily resolved Babs.

My glitching has spanned weeks, several versions of OBS (including 30 Beta and now production) and quite a different all around configuration than yours.

Following.....I am using 2 IP cameras via RTSP and both do axactly the same thing. I have a .gif and .png overlay on the scenes and they don't "pixelate" like that, only the video feed.
The same thing hapens when I watch the cameras on VLC as well so I'm thinking it's more likely my network since my cameras are on WIFI rather than a wired lan. Im using an EERO 6 mesh network. My next step is going to be to run a netwok cable to one camera to test it that way.
