do you hear sounds from other apps when OBS is running?

Hi
When my OBS is running - I don't hear sounds from eg. browser YouTube or film in VLC etc.
Do you have similarly?

I'm trying to figure out is it problem with my setup or "general OBS feature".

BTW. All sounds are corretly recorded by OBS. All works fine but not hearing other apps sounds is a bit iritating.
