Do Ubuntu & Mint use the same directory structure for OBS?

I've been trying to get Droidcam OBS to work w/no success. Dev47 Apps suggested that it could be an issue w/the plugin location. After uninstalling OBS then re-installing with Snapcraft, I checked my .configure directory & found no trace of OBS. I *did* find this: /.var/app/xom.obsproject.Studio/obs-studio/plugin_config/ . I have no idea what this means--could it be the actual OBS plugin folder? And, on that subject, does OBS install w/any "native" plugins? What extension would those have?

I'm on a hard deadline for a project. Any help or possible directions for inquiry is greatly appreciated.
