Do plugins need to be reinstalled by dragging them back into the folder or does it need to be installed by an installer?

Hi,
I'm tryin to troubleshoot the reason why my OBS Crashes. It tells me:

There was a problem while changing scene collections and some sources could not be unloaded. This issue is typically caused by plugins that are not releasing resources properly. Please ensure that any plugins you are using are up to date.

I would like to know the easiest way to determine if it is a plugin or not. However, I would think I would need to reinstall all my plugins, which takes time. I just got used to starting my OBS several times to make it work.
