Do I really want Clang 8.0.0 vs current (12.0.1)?

The build instructions at https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/wiki/Install-Instructions#windows-install-directions say to install CLang 8.0.0.

Do I really want 8.0.0 vs the latest version (currently 12.0.1) from https://releases.llvm.org/?
