Do i have an issue or insufficient hardware?

I have a dedicated streaming PC and im getting encoding overload when i stream/record. im streaming in 936p to twitch but want to record in 1440p. im recording streams but then use source record to record gameplay alone. I can simultaneously record and stream with one of either of my recording options, (so my recording output or source record) but cant stream and record both options. i was told my stream PC setup would be more than enough to handle this, but then when i open task manager my gpu is at 100% and i get the encoding overload. can anyone help or tell me if i just have to upgrade or not?

RTX 3060
Ryzen 7 3700x
16gb 3200MHz RAM
