OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

streaming to Youtube and facebook at the same time using restream or sometime directly to youtube.com

i think the issue is recently i merged three internet lines for better speed, and while configuring the technician put IP address as manual and Dns to public DNS (google 8.8.8.8) , may be this is the issue. please help me , i need both,like merging internet for better speed and stream to OBS without any issue.

Game mode Off
Use NVENC
Why is your bitrate so low
Try different DNS servers
Cloudflare
Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1 Secondary DNS: 1.0.0.1
OpenDNS
Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222 Secondary DNS: 208.67.220.220
Have you tried a Speed, https://www.speedtest.net
Do you have issues connecting to any other sites with other programs Seems you get here fine in a web browser

i will try with new DNS soon
Why my video bitrate is too low , bcos we are in remote places not getting more than 2 mbps upload speed.
i cant not do a speed test of Ookla , because after merging two or three isp, speedtest.net will not work, sows overloaded error. So i tried fast.com and it shows upload speed. And able to browse other sites, not tried upload.
