Bug Report DLL Not Found, Error Decoding Audio

This may possibly be an error on my end, Whatever the cause is, I can not find it. I have test this on 10.1 and older test builds. After OBS Lost this, my default app will not decode audio either..

Please close this, I found the error, HD PVR Update changed my AC3 decoder. Now I am off to trace a nasty noise from the PVR after a recent power loss.
