Divorcing Married Pairs in a scene.

If I call the left eye group "left" and has 3 left eye views, and a similar right eye group called right with the three right eye views, and they are supposed to be in the same physical XY space of the frame, how does one go from transition from Left eye to right eye to anagliff red and cyan?

The main part I'm stuck on is trying to define the eyes in such a way so that they could be easily overlaid over each other yet I could keep the cameras untouched in regular mode and have them be anaglyph when intended to be 3D.

It seems like if I change the left eye to anaglyph, it affects the full color scene that I have to manually change it each time.

It seems like duplicating stuff causes a marriage between the two media so that if one change the other gets married in pair and changes with it.

There should be another way to refer to the source unaltered or group of sources unaltered without affecting the other scene. Maybe there should be copy/paste ( married) and copy/paste (Independent)

No matter what I do changing one changes the other and I don't know how to divorce them or make a copy that is divorced from the original.
