Question / Help Distortion when using midi keyboard inside ableton 10 live suite

When i use my keyboard to play notes i notice that there is a bad fuzz on every note i hit, its like distorted??? when i record videos i'm watching there is no distortion, only inside my digital audio workstation when i'm using my keyboard... My driver is set to ASIO inside ableton and i can hear it perfectly fine as im playing it live, it only distorts when i click the video i recorded and listen to it???

Make sure your sample rate (44.1khz vs 48khz) is set the same between ableton, OBS, and whatever windows audio devices you're using to send the output between the two.
