Distorted noise on OBS with PS4

Hey all, I am using an Avermedia U3 ExtremeCap and I'm using it for a PS4 along with OBS Studio 26.1.1

I have been using this setup fine for years, but when I went back to it after a while, I noticed I was getting a distorted audio right away, I have changed my cables about, tried different usb ports and made sure I had all device audios on 44.1kHz in sound panel and OBS itself (as far as I know)

My specs are

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070
16GB Ram
AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor ~ 3.0GHz
Windows 10

Here is a log file - https://obsproject.com/logs/4-bnt9yXH9NNFJ4E

And an example of the distortion - https://vimeo.com/520181671

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

1. One of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 44100 Hz
Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio): 44100 Hz
Microphone (Yeti Stereo Microphone): 48000 Hz
2. In Windows 10 versions 1809 and newer, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode. Even though your issue is with a capture device, do this anyway. Same for #4.
3. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the shortcut, properties, advanced, check the box, ok, apply, ok
4. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Left Screen and Steam). Just avoid Display Capture unless you need to capture Windows stuff.

If you are still having issues after making those changes then:
1) Restart OBS as Admin.
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link via this troubleshooting tool.
