When using spotify's newest version (1.0.11.134.ga37df67b) it only fetches the window name, not the song currently playing.

I have the same version and it works. Make sure that your playing a song, becouse right now when no song is playing it will just display "spotify"

Odd, I have Windows 10 Pro. Try to run the program in Compatibility Win 7 / WIn8.

I guess you mean Pro? I'm running W10 Pro 64Bit, but either way quite odd. Prehaps try to re-install Spotify or install an older version of Spotify (if they allow that).

I mean, when i stream instead seeing "Maxx - Get a way - Lettore multimediale VLC" i'd like to see "Maxx - Get a way". In some cases doesn't appear the .mp3, but sometimes it happen:

"Haddaway - What Is Love - Life (Ultimix Remix).mp3 - Lettore multimediale VLC" what i'm seeing, "Haddaway - What Is Love - Life (Ultimix Remix)" is what i'd like to see.

I see, I guess your VLC isn't in english but italian? If so, I can add a patch for that :p
