Displaying media from livestream in house

wondering if someone might be able to help me. We run obs to stream our church services. Upon occasion we have had digital readers for the service. Someone videos the reading. We are inputing that as media and it is working fine. However, for Christmas we have people gathering outside to participate live. So we need to be able to show the video in on our projection system. So far I haven't figured out anything better than running running two programs and trying to run the video simultaneously on both. Which seems like virtually impossible with one tech.

If I understand your need.....

If you can get the live outside video into a separate computer, you can use a video capture device with an HDMI Out (I use an elgato HD60S+, but any of them with an HDMI Out would work) to get the video out of that computer and into your OBS computer and to your screens.

I do a similar thing but not with live videos...using Keynote on an external computer to manage multiple pre-recorded videos for both in-church and livestream viewing.
