OBS DisplayCapture goes Black after resolution change, and fails to re-initialize the frame capture, until the user physically goes to a different scene with a [different] DisplayCapture source, toggles that source on (and leave it on or toggle it off), then returns to the original scene with a DisplayCapture source. OBS is not running with elevated permissions.
