Question / Help Display SLR settings during recording

Hey there. I have been using OBS to record photo tutorials through a Canon rebel and I really love how the camera settings display throughout the recording because I can show students exactly what is going on in camera. I just hooked up my Fujifilm X-T2 to OBS and sadly there are no settings displayed. I realize in most cases this would be optimal, but for educational purposes the settings are really great to have. It's the whole reason I love using OBS...otherwise I could just record what I'm doing in camera without the hookup. Is there a way to show the camera settings that typically display on the LCD/viewfinder during an OBS recording? (sorry no log file...OBS and my Fuji are on an offline computer, but I can add it if necessary)
Thanks.

Typically, people do not want the OSD/info on their cam to show when recording, and finding a camera that disables that by default is harder than the opposite.

I guess you are looking for either an "info" setting or "HUD/OSD" setting, either in the settings, or as a physical button on the camera itself.
