Question / Help Display lag???

So i have been trying to get the best settings for me. I will record and the display will be laggy put my microphone is fine and clear If someone could help that would be great.

It works on x264 processor and it is a gaming laptop from 2011

You can't switch to Nvidia because that machine doesn't have any Nvidia hardware in it. If you are having performance issues, post a logfile from a completed output session.

No output session in log. If there's no line in a log that mentions starting recording or streaming, then it's not the right log.

You need to start OBS, being a streaming or recording session, observe your problem, stop the session, then upload the log. In this log, you open the app, switch to the YouTube scene, and then quit.

If you quit OBS after closing an output session, you need to upload the LAST log.

If you leave OBS running after closing an output session, then you need to upload the CURRENT.

The usual mistake people make is quitting OBS, reopening it, and uploading the CURRENT log expecting that to include the output session from the last log.
