Display issues over ethernet

Hi all. So I have OBS 27.2.0 and have successfully setup PTZ controls for my Avipas AV-2020 but it only displays video over USB-not ethernet like I need it to. Under Sources, then Video Capture device, and Device, I have UVC camera selected, but of course thats only for the USB camera. Do I need to have OBS virtual camera selected instead? If so, how will I configure network settings etc? Sorry, Im a newbie here but just need some insight. Thanks!

no you need to find a network adress and add this as VLC source video capture devices are only for USB devices
