Display, encoding crash after streaming/recording for a while.

While streaming or recording using my graphics card to encode, after a while it crashes. When it does, the display also temporarily cuts off as it restarts. I suspect it is an issue with the GPU, as in this particular log file, I streamed with the CPU and recorded using the GPU, and the recording eventually crashed (also causing my display to reset). Any suggestions on solutions? I've been using my GPU instead of my CPU due to the noise my CPU makes, but I'm considering replacing my CPU fan to get around the problem. However, I would like to still be able to use my GPU if I can.

I had to attach the log file, as I wasn't sure how to upload an older log file. The error starts in line 264.
