Display capture won't work when I have two monitors?

Hello,
I have a two monitor system. Main one (a 4k one), is connected with displayport, and the second one is with HDMI.
However, display capture simply won't work, it just displays a black screen, no matter which monitor I choose. It used to work before when I only had 1 monitor.
At least the "automatic" display capture method doesn't work (and neither does the DXGI Desktop). Only the "windows 10" capture method works, but that displays lines around the whole display, which isn't nice to look at.

Is there any way to get display capture to work?
I've tried to update my video driver, and that doesn't work.

Disable

Start OBS as admin

refresh=75
set your display refresh rate to 60 ......... 60hz/60fps =1

I have the same issue - main monitor at 4k DisplayPort, second, 1920x1200 on HDMI - neither game window capture nor fullscreen game capture shows anything, just black screen. Sometimes it works just for some time, then stops - black screen. The only thing that works is display screen.
I have DVR on and Game Bar ON, but I fail to see a problem with that - why should it be OFF?
Log shows curious stuff: (cis.exe is Comodo Internet Security).

It seems that MSI Afterburner might be a culprit, but why? When I enabled "workaround" in RivaTuner SS, the "Use Microsoft Detours API hooking " option, the game, which was supposed to be hooked - crashed.
