Display capture shows black screen

Hello,

For a long time, display capture worked just like normal, but recently it simply stopped working, and it just shows a black screen. I'm not sure why because I haven't changed any settings or anything. At least the automatic and DXGI capture methods don't work. The "windows 10" capture method works, but it shows a border around the screen which isn't nice to look at.
I looked up some solutions, but they're mainly for laptops, which I don't have. The other solutions, like running OBS as admin didn't work, neither did updating my video drivers, and neither did disabling HDR help (I don't even have HDR anyway).

Does anyone know of a way I can fix this? Thanks.

I attached my most recent log file if it's of any help, although I doubt it would.

Here I leave the problem on video, I have the latest Windows and OBS updates.

Have you ever set OBS to run in compatibility mode for an older version of windows in the properties of the shortcut?

Yes, I've tried compatibility mode and it doesn't fix it either.

So what output format do you recommend other than mp4? of the alternatives that OBS gives you.
