Display capture recording looks dimmed VS window capture [RTX 3080]

Hey guys,

I'm having a problem with my obs recording using display capture. I'm using a 2k monitor with RTX 3080 with 12gen core i7.
You can see the video below.

As you can see only using display capture the video would look dimmed but not using window capture. Everything has been set to default. Any idea why?
