Question / Help Display Capture now showing a VST plugin´s preset window in a DAW (Synth 1 in REAPER)

Hello and greets to everyone! First time here. I´ve been doing some screencasts with REAPER, and a bizarre problem arises, related to these ones :

https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/obs-wont-show-drop-down-menu.59120/

I load a VST instrument in REAPER : Synth 1. Everything is fine with Display Capture in OBS, all drop down menus show up and all. Except for one strange thing : the program/presets window of the instrument does not appear in the video capture. What´s definitely weird is that, when that window is indeed open and I press Alt+Ctrl+Print Screen in Windows 7, and I paste that in Paint, the only thing appearing is that instrument´s window (!!!). Let´s say that this is an issue related to the window of a plugin inside a DAW. I see that there are Youtube tutorials where this window is captured, so it must be somehow possible, it seems :

I hope someone can contribute any insight into this, since I definitely need to capture that window for my activities.

Thank you very much in advance!

For now, the only info I got was this one from Reddit: "You could use a cropped Display Capture source. You can hold down the ALT key when resizing and instead it will perm a crop. " But I confess I didn't understand...:-(

Ignore the above message, it has nothing to do with the problem. By the way, I SOLVED IT! My , mistake was in selecting the wrong source. I was selecting 'window' instead of 'capture display capture'. Now I'm up and running now! YAY!
