Question / Help Display Capture mixed with Window Capture?

This has been effecting me alot while using the new version. When i use the new version and add a window capture, instead of showing only one window it acts like a display capture. Like this:

Does anyone have a fix for this?

You're using Windows 7 with Aero disabled. It is necessary for Aero to be enabled for window capture to exclusively capture windows without layers above them.
