Question / Help Display Capture low frames on desktop

I've been having this problem for a while I don't know why it happens but whenever i swap to display capture my fps goes to 15 and it never changes, when I'm in a game and game capture is on i have no problem at all.

CPU: AMD FX-6300 six core processor
GPU ASUS GTX 960 2gb
RAM: 2x8gb hyperx ddr3
