So, because OBS won't let me capture a number of games when they're in fullscreen (I have one monitor, and they go black on stream when I tab in to them, and then the stream records my desktop when I tab out just fine), I have opted to instead try using borderless windowed.
There's just one problem: whenever I turn on display capture my entire PC is locked to 30fps. This means the game, as well. To be clear, this happens on games which I can usually run at 200FPS+, and I have previously streamed LoL (the only game that works) and been able to do so at 144fps.
Is this a known problem? I don't think it should be happening, but even the second I uncross the little eyeball next to DisplayCapture on my main scene, everything is locked to EXACTLY 30fps and will not budge.
Also: it seems that when DisplayCapture is on all of Windows is also 30fps. Even moving around difference windows and all animations are janky (as if they were 30fps).
