Depending on game, I often switch between 2 and 4 active displays (1 monitor + duplicate to capture card, or 4 monitors). The problem is after I switch, it seems to shuffle which display is which on OBS. Fortunately, the properties windows show the coordinate for the displays, so that takes the guesswork out of reassigning which display for which source.
Some days, displays 1, 2, 3, 4 could have their coordinates in perfect order:
Display 1: 0,0
Display 2: 1920,0
Display 3: 3840, 0
Display 4: 5760,0
Today, it's 0, 3840, 5760, 1920.
It's a minor but frequent inconvenience that really adds up. Is there a way to have OBS identify the sources by coordinates? Or where should I look into so that the displays don't get shuffled?
