Question / Help Display capture is black screen

So I recently installed OBS on my laptop and just recently I noticed that I can't capture display and that it's just a black screen. I've never noticed this because when I use game capture it works fine. No clue what to do. I tried following this guide but it didn't help. Can someone please help me with this?

If game capture works, then OBS is running on your discrete GPU. If you want to use display capture, then you need to run it on your integrated GPU. Instructions are in the guide you linked.
