Display Capture freeze/delay

We are a small church with a very simple setting - one camera with HDMI capture card, plugged in a computer. Sound comes from PA, so that's fine. In one scene we added that video signal (working fine), and as a secondary layer (Picrure in Picture) we added whatever is projected on the main auditorium big screen (through the Display Capture input of the scene). The idea was whatever is shown in the church to be also shown in a smaller window while the stream is live (song lyrics, sermon slides, etc). What happens is that there is a big delay between the real secondary monitor (on the church wall) and whatever is captured from it and streamed. See two screenshots. It is quite visible what is actually on the monitor in the church and what is being displayed in the stream. Is there a way to sync these? Or any better way to stream in such Picture in Picture way?

We use EasyWorship and we also display PowerPoint slides for the sermon through it. But since this is display capture, it shouldn't matter what software we are using, it should just capture and stream without lagging whatever is on the stream. The computer configuration could be seen on the photo attached, the graphics card is NVIDIA quadro 4000.
Would you be able to help us? Thank you.
