Display Capture does not find Video Card

When I add a "Display Capture" into the source column of my scenes it does not find and display any window screen. I attempted to change the Graphics processor to "Integrated Graphics" and "High Performance Navida Processor" my default. Nothing seems to allow the discovery of a desktop or window. Any suggestions from anyone that might assist me please let me know.

I am running "Microsoft Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.18363 N/A Build 18363. Laptop is a Microsoft Corporation Surface Book 2 x64-based PC.
