Bug Report Display Capture causing issues.

Specs: GTX 1080 / I7 7700k

For the longest time I havent been able to stream because I would feel like I have this weird input lag and screen tearing (especially in CSGO) I figured I'd spend a few hours tonight trying to figure out why that was happening, and it turns out it was caused by Display Capture. As soon as I deleted the Display Capture source and only had Game Capture in my sources, I was able to stream CSGO as if I was playing without streaming.

Anybody have any ideas why this may be?

As far as I know/experienced is that Display Capture is quite a performance hit. Probably due to its nature on how to capture stuff because there is no direct hook into DirectX for example for games I think. I'm not too technical on how it captures but I avoid Display Capture as much as I can.
