I finally figured out a problem whenever I have OBS open and I have a Display/Monitor capture Scene created (whether the scene is display/monitor capture is turned on and/or off) it causing really bad FPS drop from steady 144+ down to 90 fps. I finally deleted the scene that contained the Display/monitor capture and now my FPS are stable again. Keep in mind the Display/monitor scene isn't even being shown on screen and or is turned off but still affects all other scenes globally it appears. Any idea of how to fix this or what is causing this bug?
My theory is it may have to do with G-sync or the settings within nvidia or possibly something with windows Aero?
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks a bunch!
