Question / Help Display Capture After Running Game Turns Black - Not on Laptop - Log included

I currently have OBS set to Display Capture and also have Game Capture set up. However, when I start my game and then close the game the display capture turns black and the content on my display will not return, the screen stays black. I have a Desktop PC and cannot switch to integrated graphics, please do not suggest this. I'm currently running in administrator mode as well. Please help, thanks!

You have 3 display capture sources, you only need a maximum of 2, since you only have 2 monitors. Having multiple display captures capturing the same monitor often results in issues.
